1. About Giulia Bianchi and this Site

Giulia Bianchi is a real person whose public channels — social profiles, creator-support platforms and subscription platforms — are collected by Giulia Bianchi into this single link hub. The Site itself does not sell products, host paid media, or handle any payments.

2. Accepting these Terms

By browsing the Site or clicking any link shown on it, you accept these Terms in full. If any part of them is not acceptable to you, please stop using the Site. We may revise these Terms occasionally; the current text is always the one published at this URL.

3. Who can use the Site

4. AI-assisted imagery — how to read the visuals

Photos and videos featuring Giulia Bianchi that appear on the Site or on channels operated by Giulia Bianchi have been enhanced, retouched or stylistically reworked with artificial-intelligence tools to make them more visually appealing. The person in the images is real; the AI enrichment is purely for aesthetic and entertainment purposes.

Because of this, please do not treat the imagery as unedited documentary photography. Captions, everyday notes and lifestyle commentary are creative storytelling and may be dramatised. 5. Intellectual property

The Site, the name Giulia Bianchi, all imagery (including AI-enriched imagery), text, layout, design system and code belong to Giulia Bianchi or are used under licence. All rights are reserved. Without Giulia Bianchi's prior written permission you may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, use to train machine-learning models, or create derivative works from any part of the Site.

You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to visit the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Outbound links and third-party platforms

The Site links out to third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee and Fanvue. These platforms are independent from us. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and take no responsibility for their availability, content, ads, products, services or practices.

Anything you do on a third-party platform — sign-up, subscription, payment, messaging, content access, refunds, chargebacks or account management — is governed solely by that platform's own terms. Giulia Bianchi is not a party to those interactions and has no liability for them.

You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive; not to disrupt or overload the Site; not to scrape or systematically extract its content; not to reverse-engineer the imagery or how it is produced; not to impersonate Giulia Bianchi or the team; not to harass, stalk, defame or threaten anyone via the Site or any linked channel; and not to misrepresent the AI-assisted nature of the imagery to third parties.

9. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Giulia Bianchi does not promise that the Site will be error-free, secure or continuously reachable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giulia Bianchi, together with its officers, contractors, licensors and affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or of any linked platform. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred (100) US dollars.
